Internet times out every few minutes
WebTo do a traceroute on a windows system, open a CMD window and type TRACERT and the address you want to trace the route to, e.g. "TRACERT 8.8.8.8". It should send out some internet packets and draw you a display showing how it gets to the destination. WebTitle kinda explains it all. For the past week or so, our internet has been cutting out for 30seconds -1 minute at random times of the day. This occurs maybe once or twice every few hours and is extremely frustrating. I've tried resetting my modem through xfinity's website and from my own device and the issue persists.
