Have not seen a kettle for 3 years, you can make hot drinks instantly, fill hot water bottles, fill floor cleaners, you can get water for peas/noodles etc instantly. We live in Surrey and have hard water, so I had ordered the scale control plus, however, when the Quooker engineer arrived to install the tap he suggested that it was a false economy. It's huge at 860mm wide and will be fantastic to have the additional space along with an insinkerator and the Quooker.
